Classes

Little Dragons Ages 3-6

lildragon1The Little Dragons Program is designed to develop a foundation of attributes for learning the Martial Arts. It will link together, the building blocks to more advanced training, so that the student can learn physical skills – balance, timing, distance, eye-hand-fast coordination and flexibility. The Little Dragons also learn mental skills, such as memory, knowing right from left, listening, focusing and also social and emotional skills.

This program is also designed on the “Kick Back Program”, teaching children to defend themselves against strangers and helping them to become more aware of their surroundings.

“Kick Back” is an acronym that stands for Kids In Central Kansas Battling Against Children’s Kidnapping, and was founded by Sensei Roy Miller in 1993
